BY ORDER OF THE COURT: The petition for writ of prohibition is granted as to counts one through eight. These counts are grounded upon the allegation that the tax appraiser has improperly assessed the taxes upon the property in question. Summerfield Master Community Association, Inc., is contesting the validity of the assessments and the trial court is without jurisdiction to consider these counts because the complaint was not filed within the sixty-day time frame required by section 194.171, Florida Statutes (1993). See Markham v. Moriarty, 575 So.2d 1307, 1308 (Fla. 4th DCA 1991), cert. denied sub nom. Abundant Life Christian Centre, Inc. v. Markham, 116 L. Ed. 2d 458, 112 S. Ct. 440 (1991).
