The defendant was convicted on three counts of mail fraud and three counts of interstate transportation of moneys obtained by fraud in violation of 18 U.S.C. sections 1341 and 2314 (1982). On appeal, he argues (1) that there was insufficient evidence to support the jurys verdict; and (2) that he was deprived of effective assistance of counsel in violation of the Sixth Amendment. We affirm.
