Robert and Janet Romesburg and John and Jo Ann Riley (collectively, Appellants) appeal from an order of the Court of Common Pleas of Fayette County (trial court). The trial court denied Appellants request to reverse the Dell H. Shearer Grandchildrens Trusts (Trust) Notice of Deemed Approval and reinstate the Fayette County Zoning Hearing Boards (Board) conditional approval of the Trusts petition for special exception. We affirm.
